Janaki was raised by King Janaka and was taught the highest spiritual virtues from a young age. She was the embodiment of the Divine Mother. Someone with this name should develop the qualities of Janaki, of which the most prominent were bravery, absolute loyalty to Her highest ideal - God, perfect surrender to the Divine and infinite patience. It was because She possessed all these qualities, that She could withstand all the difficulties in Her life.
